Testimonials

Our little boy who was waking every 45 mins at night and had to be rocked and held for 10 minutes before putting in the cot, now goes to sleep with no crying after 5 minutes every time and has started sleeping through the night! Every happy parents and could not recommend a better person than Janie and the nanny Louenna app.

The support team is absolutely brilliant - very experienced and incredibly helpful, willing to go above and beyond to help. I used their support package for sleep training and managed to get my baby to sleep through the night within a week with their advice offered at each step along the way and as a follow up. It’s been such a smooth process. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Add customer reviews and testimonials to showcase your store's happy customers.

Janie has helped our family via the 1:1 support and has been absolutely amazing - so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. From support with sleep to the daily routine, Janie always has the answer and has given us the confidence we needed with our two girls. Thank you so much.

Janie is extremely knowledgable, I come away from the sessions ready to apply all of the tips from her toolkit! It’s been really helpful to ask questions and get her perspective from years of experience.

We battled sleep deprivation for years, we were miserable, our kids were unsettled, and working with Janie has changed that all. We now have a clear schedule, strict rules and bed times, and now have a completely harmonious house. We're happy, we have our lives back, and our kids are thriving as they are well rested. We wish we'd done it sooner. We can't recommend it enough!

Janie has been such a help with both my boys sleep and routine! She initially helped my 4 month old get into a routine and sleep through the night! She also got him doing his lunch time nap in the cot which he never did before, he would only sleep in the sling which was exhausting!

What is included in a 1:1 Consultation/5 Day Sleep Plan?

Our bespoke consultations include an hour assessment of your baby’s sleep habits and daily routine, a tailored sleep plan and routine based on your family's needs and parenting style. If you choose the 5 day support package, you have daily contact with your consultant for a further five days to help you implement changes confidently and effectively.

Who are your consultations suitable for?

We support families with babies from newborn right up to age 5. Whether you're facing sleep regressions, frequent night wakings, nap issues, establishing a routine, struggles with potty training, behavioural problems or fussy eating, we’re here to help.

Do you use any form of “cry it out” methods?

Our approach is gentle, responsive, and respectful of your baby’s emotional well-being. All plans are created around your comfort level and parenting values.

How long does it take to see results?

Every baby is different, but many families notice improvements within the first few days of consistency. Long-term changes usually take 1–3 weeks, depending on your baby’s age and sleep challenges.

What kind of support do I get after the consultation?

All 5 day sleep plans come with 5  days of Whatsapp support. However if you choose to just use our consulatation service, you can always add on our support if you feel you need it. We’re with you through the process, ensuring you're never alone in the journey.

Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?

No, we can discuss everything in detail on the call.

Can you help with twins or multiple children?

Absolutely. We can tailor sleep support for twins and families managing more than one child, taking into account each child's individual needs.

Is the consultation done in person or online?

All consultations are via Zoom, allowing flexibility and access for families wherever you are located.

How is this different from reading a baby sleep book?

Books offer general advice, but our 1:1 support gives you a personalised plan based on your own baby, your routine, and family preferences — plus real-time guidance to help you adjust and succeed.

How do I book a consultation?

You can book directly through our page above, or contact us via email or phone for availability and package options.

What is a 48-hour in-house troubleshooting session and what kind of issues can you hep with?

We can assist with:

  • Sleep difficulties (frequent night wakings, short naps)
  • Feeding challenges (breast/bottle refusal, weaning)
  • Reflux, or digestive discomfort
  • Creating or refining a daily routine

  • Observe your baby’s natural routine and behaviours
  • Offer hands-on support with feeding, naps, and settling
  • Make immediate, gentle adjustments where needed
  • Provide reassurance, education, and practical tools
  • Work closely with parents to build confidence
Will you take over completely or work with us?

We work with you, not just for you. The aim is to teach you with practical techniques you can confidently continue after we leave.

Do you stay overnight for the 48 hour package?

Yes, this is a round-the-clock service. We sleep when the baby sleeps (as possible), and be available overnight to observe or support with night wakings, feeds, or settling.

What should I prepare before your arrival?
  • A basic outline of your baby’s current routine
  • A bed/sleeping space for us
Will there be a follow-up after the 48 hours?

Yes – you’ll receive a personalised written summary of tips, observations, and next steps.
